Tiberius Borza
Operations Manager
Tiberius Borza is the Operations Manager at Excellent Choice Painting & Decorating Inc., overseeing the systems and structure that support the entire company’s workflow. He handles project procurement, tender submissions, contract negotiation, hiring, screening, scheduling, and direct communication with all of our builders and clients.
Tiberius is responsible for training supervisors and subcontractors, developing internal systems to improve organization, and maintaining day-to-day operations from both a financial and a logistical standard. Whether it’s planning schedules, coordinating crews, or streamlining communication, he ensures every moving part is aligned and accounted for.
Tiberius is also the go-to person for decision-making when questions or issues arise. Staff, subcontractors, and management alike rely on him to resolve problems efficiently and keep projects moving forward. He keeps a close eye on quality control and ensures that everything meets the standards we promise our clients.
While his work often happens behind the scenes, it plays a direct role in how well our teams function and how smoothly our projects run.
